Every month, we are happy to celebrate a new recipe from one of our outstanding employees. In this month’s Dish, we feature Holly Wohler, our Accounting Manager, and her delicious, easy-to-cook Chicken Noodle Soup!

Holly joined the Forté Benefits team in May 2005 as the Accounting Manager. Holly wears many hats with Forté. Her duties include all bookkeeping, payroll and commission accounting duties. She oversees all federal and local tax reporting duties. Holly also handles day-to-day office manager duties, such as office supply procurement, oversite and vendor relations.


Holly and her husband have been married for 29 years and have two children in college. Holly is a big Disney fan and enjoys frequent trips to Disney World with her family and friends. In her spare time, Holly loves to read light mystery novels and spend time with her three dogs.

The Porch at 2771 East Broad Street in Mansfield, Texas.

The Porch is a great place for Sunday brunch. It is a very relaxed, family atmosphere. My favorite is the biscuits and gravy with a side of crispy bacon.

Dine In:

There is nothing better to me than curling up on the couch with a fluffy blanket, a good book, a fire in the fireplace and my dogs.

One of my favorite recipe is for Easy Chicken Noodle Soup which came from a Joanne Fluke mystery novel.

8 cups of water

8 bouillon cubes

3 cups cooked chicken, cubed

6 cups egg noodles

2 cans cream of chicken soup


Boil water in bouillon cubes in a stock pot until dissolved. Add egg noodles to boiling water and cook for 9 to 10 minutes. Add cream of chicken soup into the pot and stir until mixed well. Add chicken to pot and cook for about five minutes. Now just get out the Ritz crackers and enjoy yourself a nice bowl of soup.
