Warning: This dip is not found on any diet plan!

  • Equal count containers of cream cheese, Rotel and ground sausage, corn or potato chips for dipping
  • For example: one block cream cheese, one can Rotel, one package ground sausage (all standard grocery store sizes)
Important notes about the ingredients:

*Do not use low-fat cream cheese
*There are many types of Rotel. Use type to your “spice” level but suggest not using the version with lime included.
*Regular or spicy sausage work great. Low fat sausage is ok too.

  1. Cook sausage in skillet and break apart to ground meat consistency.*FULLY separate out the oil. In a separate pot, warm on low heat the cream cheese and Rotel.
  2. Rotel must be fully “squeeze” drained of all water or the dip will become runny. Once fully cooked, combine the meat with the cream cheese and Rotel. Leave on low heat and stir occasionally until the ingredients are fully mixed.

*Note: You will find that once you start eating you can’t stop. Enjoy!
