Amanda is a Benefit Consultant at Forté Benefits and has been a part of the team since 2014.

Expertise & Values

Prior to working for Forté Benefits, Amanda worked at Kaiser Permanente for 10 years in the Consolidated Service Center (CSC) as an Account Representative, Quality Assurance Analyst and Trainer. During her time with Kaiser, Amanda developed and taught comprehensive Medicare eligibility training for the first time in CSC history.

Amanda is an expert in customer service, healthcare administration, training and development, and coaching.

She is a Licensed Insurance Agent for Life, Accident, Health and HMO. She also has Association for Talent Development (ATD) Certifications.

She is a co-teacher for the youth at children’s church on Sunday mornings. Amanda participates in the Big Brothers Big Sisters program and volunteers through her church with Habitat for Humanity.

Amanda was adopted at birth and raised as an only child. She was able to meet her biological family in 2007 and discovered she had two older sisters and one younger brother! Between her two siblings, she has two nephews, four nieces, three great nephews and one great niece. Amanda is very family oriented; she loves spending time with her nieces and nephews.

Amanda’s hobbies include going to the movies, shopping, and enjoying music. In her spare time, Amanda babysits on the evenings and weekends.
